Kimberley Stuart
Chairwoman
Kimberley Stuart is the Chairwoman of the Camden County Republican Committee, recently re-elected to her second term to continue leading the organization's growth, municipal participation, and voter mobilization efforts. A dedicated public servant and highly accomplished practicing attorney, Kimberley brings an extensive legal and administrative background to her leadership role.
Her distinguished legal career includes serving as assistant counsel to two New Jersey governors, Christine Todd Whitman and Donald DiFrancesco. She possesses vast experience in public prosecution, currently serving as a Municipal Prosecutor for the City of Trenton and the City of Bridgeton, with past prosecutorial service for Lawrence Township, Hamilton, and the Borough of Haddon Heights. She has also served as a conflict solicitor for Carneys Point and Haddon Heights.
A deeply rooted civic leader, Kimberley spent twelve years as a member of the Haddon Heights Board of Education and served on the local Zoning Board & Planning Board. She was also a candidate for Camden County Surrogate in 2020.
Under her continued leadership, the Camden County Republican Party remains focused on championing its core principles of fiscal responsibility and individual liberty. Having already been instrumental in the election of more than 20 local candidates, Chairwoman Stuart works tirelessly to spearhead vital fundraising efforts for candidates, empower municipal committees, and amplify the voices of county residents. She is deeply committed to driving unified campaign strategies and securing resource-backed conservative victories across Camden County.
Brandon Glikas
Vice Chairman
Brandon Glikas serves as the Vice Chairman of the Camden County Republican Committee and is the Chairman of the Winslow Township Republican Committee. He has also proudly served the residents of Winslow Township as a Committeeman since November 2021. A graduate of Camden County College with an A.S. in Business Administration and Rowan University with a B.S. in Business Management, Brandon brings strong administrative expertise to his local government and party leadership roles.
In his county-wide leadership role, Brandon works tirelessly to help get candidates elected throughout Camden County, driving campaign strategies and mobilization efforts. As a Winslow Township Committeeman, Brandon remains actively involved in community oversight, serving on the Ad Hoc Green Committee, the Shared Services Committee, and as the committee's active liaison to the South County Branch of the Camden County Library System. Deeply committed to public service, Brandon focuses his leadership on building a stronger organization, engaging with neighbors, and securing victories for local and county candidates.
Stephanie Jones-Freitag

As Mayor of Waterford Township, Stephanie Jones-Freitag plays a pivotal role in leading municipal operations and community initiatives. First selected by the Township Committee to serve a one-year term as Mayor, her administration focuses on modernizing public facilities, driving infrastructure investments, and increasing government transparency.
In addition to her mayoral duties, she works alongside the governing body to manage fiscal policy, negotiate local collective bargaining agreements, and secure crucial grant funding to reduce local tax burdens. Through her leadership on the Township Committee, Mayor Jones-Freitag remains deeply committed to promoting Waterford as an exceptional place to live, build networks, and do business.
John Downham
Treasurer
John Downham is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and dedicated community leader serving as the Treasurer for the Committee and representing local residents on the Haddon Heights Republican County Committee. Known for his integrity and strong commitment to conservative values, John brings professional financial expertise to the committee's fiscal management, ensuring complete transparency, statutory compliance, and strategic resource allocation.
As a lifelong community supporter, John utilizes his accounting background to advocate for fiscal responsibility, economic opportunity, and effective local government. He is committed to amplifying the voices of county residents, promoting policies that support families, strengthening public safety, and ensuring the prudent use of all resources to achieve victory for local and county candidates.
Frank Troy
Sergeant-At-Arms
As a Haddonfield Commissioner, Frank Troy serves as the Director of Public Affairs and Public Safety for the Borough of Haddonfield, NJ. In this capacity, he holds executive oversight over the town's essential public protection and administrative branches, including the Haddonfield Police Department, Fire Department, and Office of Emergency Management.
Additionally, Commissioner Troy supervises the operations of the construction office, zoning board of adjustment, planning board, and municipal court, while providing leadership liaison support to the Historic Preservation Commission. Through these vital roles, he remains deeply dedicated to ensuring public safety, maintaining the structural integrity of the historic district, and safeguarding the overall quality of life for all Haddonfield residents.

Alicia Neal Liwock
Communications
Alicia Neal Liwock is the Communications Secretary for the county and Chairwoman of the Camden County NJ Republican Women (CCNJRW), she is the driving force behind public outreach and organization events. In her multi-faceted role, she leads digital mobilization and event planning across Camden County.
Alicia coordinates all major fundraisers, directs digital media operations including web development and social media strategy. Dedicated to community organization, Alicia is passionate about strengthening women's voices, building local networks, and supporting conservative leadership across New Jersey.
